Let’s talk about tariffs real quick

Let’s talk tariffs. Despite some claims, businesses don’t pay for tariffs, the consumer does. Since the start of blanket tariffs it’s estimated families have had to pay $1,400 extra a year. Not to mention the fact that farmers have had to pay $1.4 billion more in diesel during the 2026 planting season, and according to the John Locke Foundation there’s been almost $700 mil. lost in farm income because of higher prices. And meanwhile, Brad Knott hasn’t said a single thing to try and keep the tariffs in check.
